Thrasher Metal Works Pop-Up

I’m Corina Thrasher,  chief mess maker, tool melter extraordinaire, and founder of Thrasher Metal Works. I am a life long Alaskan and Jack of many trades. My metal working career began in an aircraft machine shop, and I have not stopped building things since.

Thrasher Metal Works was started as a part time venture, a way to allow me to continue creating art and building things.  After years of making things for friends and co-workers, I truly enjoy being able to create art for my customers.

My art is often inspired by the garden. I have a love of growing things and truly enjoy forming metal to mimic the unique shapes found in natural structures.  I love making pieces that brighten people homes and outlooks. Like a sunflower in the deep of winter.
